Will spring ever get here???
It has been a never ending winter this year and though things are very slow growing at the Patch, we are still getting beautiful eggs from our free range chickens! Each morning we are finding dozens, yes dozens, of eggs out in the coop! Our free-range hens all lay brown eggs. Their bright yellow yolk is a sign of higher than typical levels of beta-carotene, giving you multiple eye health benefits. And their flavor is unbelievable!
Eggs are now available at Bures Berry Patch. We are open daily from 9am-7pm.
As for the crops at the Patch, well we will have to wait a bit longer before we begin to harvest anything from the fields. We are starting to see some rhubarb and hopefully the asparagus will not be too far behind!
We hope that you will join us this year in eating fresh from the Patch!
Hope to see you in the Patch soon!
