Is anything available during the winter at the Patch?
Yes, our farm store is open daily from 9 am - 6 pm. At the Patch we have our farm fresh eggs, pure Wisconsin maple syrup, and local honey! Cash or check only please. Call ahead for large quantities.
We are so grateful for all of our customers and your love for fresh, ripe, and delicious homegrown food! We sure hope that you've enjoyed your produce from the Patch this season and sincerely hope that you will be back for more next season! Thank you for continuing to support our farm family!
What do the farmers do in the winter you ask?
There's plenty to do at the Patch during the winter. There's equipment maintenance, building improvements, and land management (such as pruning the raspberries and managing our fence lines). Plus, we still have our flock of 150 egg laying chickens which allow us to deliver eggs to residents in the Mount Horeb area twice a month!
